Kelmatt Warranty Policy
At Kelmatt, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make. All Kelmatt products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
✅ What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in:
- Materials
- Workmanship
- Stitching and seam construction
- Hardware (zips, clips, buckles, fasteners)
If your item develops a fault under normal use during the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
❌ What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
- Exposure to extreme weather or chemicals not intended for the product
- Modifications or repairs not carried out by Kelmatt
- Fading or deterioration from UV exposure (unless specified UV-resistant)
For commercial or heavy industrial use, warranty coverage may be limited based on usage conditions.
🔧 How to Make a Warranty Claim
To lodge a claim, please email [insert support email] with the following:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault
Our team will assess the issue and contact you with the next steps. In most cases, we will:
- Repair the item
- Replace it (if repair isn’t practical)
- Or issue a refund (only if neither repair nor replacement is possible)
Note: Return shipping for warranty claims may be reimbursed where the fault is confirmed to be due to manufacturing.

- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Repairs or replacements do not reset the original warranty period.
- If the item is not covered by warranty, we can still offer a repair quote where possible.
